TOURISM DRAMA

Guide                     : Good morning everybody. I’m your tour guide. My name is Khairi and welcome to Jakarta Capital City. Now, we are at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. Ockay follow me.

(They are arrived at house manner of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah)

Guide                     : Behind me is house manner from Indonesia. First, we will see house manner from Padang, West Sumatra, named Rumah Gadang. Oke come one!

(Entering to Rumah Gadang)

Guide                     : These are traditional clothes from Padang, named Baju Kuruang for woman and Taluak Balango for man.

Tourist 1                 : Miss, this clothes is so downy. How can?

Guide                     : Yes, because this clothes made from the softest cotton from America named Kepar.

Tourist 2                 : Ow. So, what is this? (Take the thing)

Guide                     : This is Saluang. Saluang is a traditional fluite from Padang.

Tourist 3                 : It’s made from Bamboo, right?

Guide                     : Yes, this special bamboo is named Tamiang. It’s just like bamboo and tiny like pipe. And one more, the sounds is good but if you can play it. Oke next!

Tourist 2                 : Miss, is that a plate?

Guide                      : Yes.

Tourist 1                 : For what, miss?

Guide                     : This is for dancing. Traditional dancing named Tari Piring. Tari Piring is so beautiful and hard. You can see Tari Piring from this picture.

Guide                     : Oke, let’s go to the next one. This is the last. This is a traditional food from West Sumatra named Rendang.

Tourist 3                : Oh, I know that. It has a good taste.

Guide                     : Yes, you right.

Tourist 2                 : It’s made from beef, right?

Guide                     : Yes. Beef, coconutmilk and seasoning stir together until dry and the color becomes brown.

Tourist 1                 : Ow, sounds good. I wanna try…

Guide                     : Yeah, you can find rendang at minang restaurant or it’s commonly called Rumah Makan Padang.

Tourist 1, tourist 2, tourist 3    : (nodding)

Guide                     : Oke, today is enough. We still have 3 days to learn about Indonesian here. Lets go back to bus then hotel. We will continue tomorrow. Come one
